With over 15 years immersed in the healing arts, movement, and women’s gatherings, Vanessa Faria is a women’s retreat facilitator, teacher, and guide devoted to creating spaces where women can reconnect with their deepest selves.

Vanessa grew up in a matriarchal home, and felt the call of her ancestors to do things differently and restore the feminine gifts and healing that her lineage was asking for.

She has travelled to sacred sites and journeyed on retreats since the age of 19, drawn to the transformative power of stepping away from the familiar and into spaces that invite reflection, renewal, and profound reconnection to earth’s many incredible gifts.

Vanessa’s work weaves together women’s natural health, embodied movement, energy healing, therapeutic practices, astrology and feminine self-expression. Her teachings are rooted in the belief that beneath the noise, conditioning, and expectations we carry, there is an innate wisdom within every woman waiting to be remembered.
