Set against the backdrop of sun, sand, and ocean, this retreat is designed as a full restoration of your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to support your return to balance, presence, and embodied truth.

Movement practices are intentionally designed to awaken life force energy and bring you back into your body with softness and strength, with Pilates being the core foundation of our workouts.

Your days unfold in a natural rhythm of spaciousness and experience. Slow, unhurried mornings for journaling, integration, and gentle embodiment practices flow into afternoons of curated excursions, ocean immersion, and time to rest in the sun. There is always permission to move at your own pace — whether that is expansion or deep rest.

Evenings are a blend of connection and aliveness. You’ll take part in intimate gatherings, shared laughter, music, movement, and moments of joy that bring you back into your sensual experience of life.

Throughout our retreats, you will be guided through transformational workshops designed to support deep inner clearing, emotional recalibration, and reconnection to your authentic self.

Mystic Matriarch Retreats are not an escape from life, but a return. A refined, restorative experience that brings you back into harmony with your body, your truth, and the quiet luxury of being fully alive.

We keep our retreats intimate with 6-9 women as we want to foster genuine and close relationships and friendships being nurtured for the time that we’re together. This is the perfect number to also navigate group excursions with ease.

We find that this is size also supports personal support and one-on-one connections with your retreat facilitators so that you can feel held through your journey.

This varies widely by retreat selection, location, retreat venue, and number of guests as each retreat is different.

Most of our retreats do not include food, gratuities, alcohol, spending money, or extra purchases.

None of our retreats include airfare or transportation to and from airports or the retreat venue.
